Intended for all services, these applications let you better know your customers, better qualify them to better meet their needs and increase sales. Thanks to the definition of management processes, you can grow the number of prospects and managed leads, work more efficiently while saving time and money.

The solution ultimately allows you to focus on the real capital of your business: the relationship with your customers.
  • Customer self-service
    This module can help your customers, suppliers, partners to share your management portal so they can see their information and perform the dedicated operations (Updates, placing orders, creating contacts, reporting ...). The Atemis application can create as many extranets as you have different B2B or B2C users profiles. Simply assign passwords, rights and permissions on the menus, tabs and clicks for your partners to manage their business in your environment. You arethen informed in real time on their actions.
  • Companies and contacts management (XRM)
    With this module, the employees of your company can reach the detailed list of the customers. Before making a new appointment, they can thus quickly consult the history of the relation with the customer. Finished tiresome reports/ratios ordered from your secretary and annoying lapses of memory. After the appointment, the commercial fills his report/ratio, either directly on line, or on its computer. Then, it synchronizes information with the central waiter. The report/ratio is then recorded in the data base and consultable immediately by all the people of the company. Search engines make it possible to find information according to several criteria : name of the company, name of the contact or person in charge of customers.
  • Work Schedule (+ Outlook Integration)
    Manage your work schedule per day, per month, for you, your employees or your team. A very functional ergonomics thanks to a drag and drop feature. A synchronization tools with Outlook or other clients allows you to get all info in the same time and in 2 places. In addition to Outlook or other calendars, this work schedule is related to the internal projects (marketing, prospection, training..) and external (Opportunities or projects of your customers) of your management Portal. Each time a task is created for an employee, he (she) receives an email from the workflow, and the task is displayed into his (her) dashboard, integrated into his (her) list of next tasks, and for sure displayed in a calendar. Thanks to the synchronization, the task can be displayed in her computer calendar and telephone. The module can be connected to the Atemis project management and allows then to track to working hours planned and done for all projects, and then have a perfect control of your costs. Besides, the connection to the HR management brings a new tab "Activities" into the employees profile with a split of all hours by project by month and year. This report is the source of the employees payroll which can be created from the HR module. This is the benefit to have a solution which includes all branches that you need. (CRM, Project and HR management)
  • Quotation, Offers and contracts
    Automate the creation of the offers and contracts by a simple and collaborative process which enables you to save time. Define the template of documents, the standards contents to be posted, the grids of calculation of the prices. Constitute your documents then quickly, work in real time, trace their evolution, their validation by the persons in charge. Benefit from the complete prudence to improve your commercial management.
  • Mobile CRM (IOS | Android |Windows Mobile)
    These Apps allow you to get access to your CRM | ERP from your smartphone or tablet. Mobile users have access to all details regarding their customers, products, purchase orders, invoices, visitation programs or delivery. The module allows the seizure of business reports, qualification data, location-based GPS and photo transfer. The application allows remoted users to complete the questionnaires created since the marketing campaign module. This App are available for your own customers or partners to share data with your company.
  • Orders and invoices
    Create easily the orders for your customers or allow them to do it from their customer portal. After validation, you can convert these orders into delivery bills. These bills can then be converted to invoices. This application allows multi-currencies and multi-invoicing companies. Customize your invoices layout as you wish. Manage afterwards the payments of the invoices and get the payment balances. Get the lists of invoices by date, by customers, by payment status. Allow you customer to see the orders and invoices list from your customers portal. This application can be linked with the debt collection workflow and other Atemis financial applications.
  • Business Intelligence
    With this module, you get or create by yourself all the reports and charts which are necessary for your sales managements. All the reports/ratios may be created from the database of the CRM | ERP as well as from external ones. Track with precision the number of actions, leads, sales by customer, by branch, by sales persons. Analyze the impact on each target and improve your operations.
  • Leads Management
    Record all identified opportunities with their details (definition, date, teams, forecast revenues, external contacts, winning rate, tasks to be realized, attached documents). These data can be filled from your website by the prospects themselves, by your partners through your extranet (natively included into your Atemis solution) or directly by the sales or call center team (wen or mobile version). Use the workflow engine to attribute the leads to the right sales person according to the type of customers, nature or geography of the project. Share information in real time and follow the progress report and the activities undertaken by all teams. Be informed by email or SMS for the major steps. Get analyses of opportunities per month, commercial, type, progress report, group of companies. Benefit from a search engine to combine several criteria and thus benefit from effective information. Use the workflow to schedule all operations and validations between your company's hierarchy. Track all changes and history. Manage the leads through the portfolio to define the priority according to the amounts, the winning rates, the signature dates scheduled and fit to your sales objectives.
  • CTI (Inbound, outbound calls)
    When a customer calls, the application immediately displays its details after recognizing its telephone number. Call a customer by simply clicking on its telephone number(s). All sent and received calls details are stored in the customers specific history and subject to analysis.
  • Outgoing Calls Campaign
    The Campaign Management module is designed to create multi-channels marketing campaigns. The creation of a tailor-made questionnaire goes through a simple platform in which you define the question, their type and potential answers. You designate the employees allocated to the campaign, the definition of the customers list, and the date and channel required. Those questionnaires are filled directly either by the operators or the customers, according to the chosen channel. The seizure of questionnaires provides full and real time reports for the operators as well as for the managers. The system might be integrated to a CTI software as well as to fax and emailing systems.
  • Call Center scripting and questionnaires
    Scripting module 100% cloud dedicated to Call Centers. Create all the questions and answers with a simple graphical tool. Set the target, team and call center operators to manage the questionnaires. Once the campaign is launched, the questionnaires are displayed on the screens of operators with historical and full contact details. The questionnaires are completed online. Questionnaires can also be sent by email to targeted contacts. Clear statistics in real time and supervise the actions of your teams online. This module can be coupled to an IP telephony solution to allow remote operators to work completely through the internet.
